Dear Tour Coordinator, Michael's would like you to consider us for booking your group tours for 2025 Season or any time year round. Michael's is centrally located on Elm Street in downtown Stockbridge. Our function room can accommodate upwards to 55+ people. Our special bus group menu is designed for prompt and quick service for those groups on time schedules. You can choose all of the selections either from the lunch menu or the dinner menu (not both). The dinner cost is 24.95* and does not include the 7% Massachusetts sales tax and 20% gratuity for our services. The lunch cost is 19.95*, this does not include the Mass. Tax of 7% and 20% gratuity. Please note that any tour coming in after 4pm MUST order the Dinner choices only. No exceptions! Dinner Items can be ordered all day. In an attempt to make each tour run smoothly we ask that you, supply each person with a meal card which names that persons meal choice. They would put these cards on the table where they’re going to sit when they arrived. We also ask for a confirmation call at least two (2) weeks before the arrival date and a count of the exact meals no later than one (1) week in advance by calling or preferably By Email.
The final bill will be based on the final count given ! We welcome the opportunity to serve you and hope to hear from you soon. Please let us know how the service & meals were.

You will then be charged for that amount or actual attendance, whichever is greater. If we do not receive a guarantee number, we will charge for the estimated number. We will set-up, staff, and prepare for 3% above the guarantee number
